Dear Sirs,
I have reliance CDMA prepaid service. I got a message from Reliance that if i recharge with Rs.165 then i will get 375 minutes (local+std) valid for 30 days... [(I've already have 4 reliance services (Prepaid+postpaid+landline+Internet) from last 3-4 years. Having some problem with Reliance Service from past 3 months or so..] As from the experience i first contacted customer care & confirmed this scheme (as usual). After confirmation I recharged it. After recharge i got a message that u've successfully recharged but doesn't got balance. i contacted reliance customer care &complained (my complaint no. is[protected] they told me that your problem will be solved within 48 hours. After two days again i contacted them & they told me that I've to wait for 24 hours more because your complaint registered last day. Next day when i tried to contact customer care & no connection made but from other mobiles it was connecting, i don't know reason for that but i tried about 20 times from my mobile & still it not connecting. Then i went to Reliance Web world & they told me that your request is closed & mentioning that u will get your balance soon. They told me that we will put a emergency email & u will have ur balance next day. Next Day same problem & i went to web world & same procedure after some chat about this problem they give me the no. of Nodal Officer & Stated that your problem will be Resolved. I contacted Nodal Officer & he said he doesn't know anything about it & got no information & suggested me to contact customer care or go to web world. I don't know what the hell this is & who is the right persons i contact... what a hell of service reliance providing.. leave the problem a side but her staff not giving a reasonable answer to.
I think reliance more customers then its capacity to handle them...
so think twice before heading for reliance postpaid & prepaid mobile service (CDM+GSM). Broadband Internet Service is best from any other presently, don't know about future.. Was this information helpful? |
