[Resolved] Reliance Communications — talk time | |||
dear sir, i want to tell u that, i always used to recharge my reliance gsm num [protected] with the top up Rs.200. and i get full talk time of rs 200 and also get 50min for reliance to reliance local call. there is a num to know about prepaid offer that is 151515. the sceme offer is also advertise by this till now. i recharge my mob, but i got only rs.175 talk time. i contact to customer care, but they didn't listen me. and said to me that this offer is changed, bt on that prepaid offer num the advertisev till now about that offer, and refuse to take my complain. so, i want to request u that pls help me with this matter. thanking you....
