Dear Sir/Madam, I tariff voucher in my mobile recharge on 04/04/2013 call rate reduce Amount 31/- all local calls 10p/min for first 250minutes, 50p/min from 251st min onwards for 30 days. customer care not reg. my complaints. what reliance now charge after 125 minutes 1.5p/sec.Please sole my problem. I have a gsm no [protected]. Its plan 1P/Sec changed automatically in 50p. Customer care is not taking responce THanks

mera rilience gsm ka number [protected] par mene 50p/MINUT Ka tarrif le rakha tha ab me 1rupees for 3minuts ke plan ke liye custumercare 12/5/10 ko call kiya tha unhone batya ki aap *777*1# DIAL KARO aap balance cut kar dusra tarrif plane chenge ho jayega balance bhi cut gaye aur plan bhi change nahi hua 14/05/10 ko custumercare se baat karne par aap ka 50p katarrif chalu ho gaya ye galti kiske hai ek he plan ka dubara kaise chal sakta hai . sir se niwedan hai ke mera plan change kar ke custumer care me bithe hue larko par karyawahi kare
