Reliance Communications — Too low 3G speed in NETConnect plus | |
Hello myself Ranjeet patel with mobile number: [protected]. I have been using Reliance net connect plus from one year. Recently I have taken the subscription of 2 GB (3G data), (modem no: [protected]) as the plan. However as per claim the speed should be 3.1 Mbps but we are facing problem in opening a simple web page as the speed maximum achieved is 10-50 kbps and this prevails the whole day and also after midnight. As we are living in VIP area the speed should be according to the claim. However the reliance is cheating in terms of not providing adequate speed. Thus they are misleading the public. So we request them to provide us the claimed speed otherwise it will be taken seriously further to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |
