I am having landline telephone No.[protected] provided by Reliance Communications Ltd. I have made serveral complaints about faulty instrument which often goes dead and / or non availability of network. But no action is being taken by the service provider apart from giving false promises that the complaint will be attended to shortly. Finaly I made a request to them for surrender of the landline as it is of no use to me. Even the disconnection is also not being done. I am being regularly billed which I have paid always in time. Can you please guide me what options do I have or what action I should take to get rid of the telephone.
