Reliance Communications — unable to terminate subscription

hi I was a reliance customer till February ,when finally dissatisfied with the service I applied for termination while paying the final bill. In June they again called me to pay the bill for all the months till June after February. When I told them that we had terminated the subscription they said since the confirmation call to us could not connect they didn't terminate the subscription. They had made no further attempts to contact us with this info.The services were suspended since 2 may. So since we were moving to a different city I finally paid the amount 1351(i actually paid 1360)which they told me to pay. I had asked them repeatedly to tell me the final amount I had to pay including the late fee and they said 1351, I couldn't check the bill since I was moving and hence had no time to check the bill personally. I paid the amount and again filed for termination of services(request id:[protected] I had to keep asking them for info for many days after which finally the confirmation call came and I answered it. Then 2-3 days later they told me that I had to pay all the unpaid bills only then can i get my services terminated, when I said I already have they told me there was another bill of 241 which i had to pay which included 133.60 rupees of monthly rental(3/6/[protected]/7/2013) and late payment charges of rupees 100. I again filed a complaint that the bill was faulty since my services have been suspended since 2 may. The request was taken and closed without any solution. Again I filed a complaint and again I got no response.Then I recieved another bill of Rs 441(3/7/2013---2/8/2013) which included the previous charges +100 rupees late fee. Today when i talked to the tech team they said that the bill was valid. When I told him about the suspended services he again filed a complaint against the monthly rental but said the late payment 100 rupees charge was for the 1351 bill I paid after the due date. I told him that the concerned dept. themselves had told me to pay that much amount I had confirmed it with them multiple times. Now I am again waiting for this request to resolve .What can I do?I am under a lot of stress. Please advice ASAP. info:[protected]termination request. [protected]request id for faulty bill. it is mentioned in the comments that they discusses and resolved my problem. It is true that they did talk to me and told me that my faulty bills have been waivered and my subscription is terminated, but recently i recieved contact from the residence in indore where the bills used to come to that they are still recieving bills upto 1371 rupees in value. I wish to notify this forum that reliance lied to me. I asked customer support and they told me blankly that they have no idea why this has happened and they said that the subscription has terminated on jan 24th 2014 and not at the time reliance had told me they had...On top of that they urged me to pay the bills even when i have paid them already...
please help...I dont want to face all this again...please reply ASAP.

that depends on you not messing up the bill again and not letting me terminate the subscription.
It has been 5 months since i have made any contact with reliance. But today i got to know that our residence at which the bills used to be delivered that we are still receiving bills, the last one being on January 24th. I asked reliance customer care and they said point blank that they had no idea what was going on. They also said that my subscription had terminated on jan 24th and not in august as they had said over the phone. I have got my last bill of rs 1371 or something and the customer care insisted on me paying the bill even when i have paid everything twice over.
PLEASE HELP ME. I dont want to go through this ordeal again...
