I am a prepaid Smart GSM customer and two day ago 90 rupees is deduced from by balance
unfairly. do something for that its totally unfair
and my one time reduce 30 rupes and next 50 rupes and when i called 1st time customer care he told for game. next time i called then he said for chargeable side are open in our mobile i have the net pact of 101 and each time i called to customer cate he told a new reason for deduction for the same
what is going on that
i have all call recording record which i communicate with customer cate

I am having a prepaid reliance gsm no. [protected], I have been charged for reliance astro pack on 22-10-10 at 6:20:08,which i have never activated or requested when i complained about the balance deduction, the senior customer care executive blamed me for the activation of the service and refused to refund the balance, i have faced this type of harassment several times and have brought to the notice of the competent authorities but nothing have been done so far. In the end i have been forced to activate do not call service. Can i get my balance?

Reliance Communication Ltd — Unfair balance Deduction

Sir,
On 3rd February 2011, i received a message from reliance that a service called CRBT has been activated which is a caller tune service and Rs. 10/- has been deducted from my account, i havent applied for this service and on calling customer care i received no responce , all the time network was busy.At the end on one call i got connected but the executive was not able to help me due to server problem at there end.My goal of this complaint is to refund my Rs.10/- in my balance account.

Reliance Communication — unfair deduction in balance

Reliance communications made a deduction of rs49 for a combo pack on my no.[protected] for which i didnt subscribe.
i (surya rathi) called customer care for the same and they just removed the service but has not given me refund of my balance and said that according to their records i subscribed for this service.
i didnot subscribed for this service.they are cheating on me.help me.

my balance has been continuously deducted in a series of 50,30,20,rupees within a week,i have no possibility to know the reasons of deduction due to no response from customer care.

Reliance — Unfair balance deduction by activating unfair services.

I am kutubuddin ahammed, Kolkata. I am RELIANCE prepaid customer ([protected]) from more than 3 and a half year.company deduct My balance rs.10 on 13th june at same day 1.43.29am i got a msg from RM-HANGAMA( "U R NOW SUBSCRIBED TO CRICKETMANIA FOR 6DAYS AT RS10.VISIT Reliance CricketMania and link ur facebook a/c or dial 54433 NOW") WHEN I Saw this msg i ' am totally shocking because i ' m sure to know that i didn't ACTIVATE ANY SERVICES on my mobile.. after i recharge rs20 on 14 june2012 at 8.33.57pm company deduct My balance rs.2. when i call to customer care and talk about this problem no any responsible plz help me......

This is a complaint against Reliance Communications prepaid service on the number [protected], for unfair balance deduction, which had started since September 23, 2012. First balance deducted on the said date was Rs.822, reducing it to zero balance. On the same day, i recharged the said number with Rs.500, after two days, again balance was deducted, reducing the balance amount to Rs.225, the next day it was Rs.195. When i enquired about the same with Reliance customer care the executive told me that they can't see the details of my account. I have placed several complaints regarding the same, and so far the balance deducted is Rs.1090. A week ago i had received a call from their Head Office saying our problem is in solving stage. Today, i received a message saying my complaint has been processed, and that the balance deducted was call charges. My brother asked them to send him the details of the same, but they were reluctant. I haven't received any explanation nor clarification about my complaint -- with not a single penny given to me, instead everyday there is some deduction.

Hi,
I am totally frustrated with the services of reliance. Every month they deduct more that Rs. 100 for some unwanted and useless "VAS" like Mi Feeling, SMS Pack, Hair Care, etc...

Moreover these services are auto-activated on my number. I dont know how these services are activated if I have not done. The worse part is I will get renewal message for these services in which I find "to unsubscribe sms Unsub ****", but when I try to unsubscribe, it will throw a message which says "Invalid Keyword".

The worst part is I tried calling so called "Customer Care"(who doesn't care about customers) and I found some options like "to know your balance press 1" and "to talk to our representative press 4". Surprisingly after pressing 4, I hear "Sorry 4 is not a valid choice". No way I can talk to them to sort out these things.

This is going on for last one year. I lost almost Rs. 1500 in last one year.

Please do the needful.

I areally customer of Reliance Assam and currently I'm in Kolusing and using Roaming Pack. I had recharged with Reliance 123 3G pack on Sunday 8 Sep, 2013 and till Tuesday 10 Sep I had a 3G balance of 900+MBs and main balance of 90+Rs. But on Wednesday morning all my 3G balance was gone for no apparent reason and so was gone my main balance, as I tried to use net without checking the net balance as I had checked in the evening day before. I tried to get help from Reliance Customer Support but they said they were having a server update and asked me to call later. So I tried to call later but no luck, everytime I call I get a busy tone. Please help me, I want my 3G bbalance and Main balance back. Reliance deducts money for no reason very frequently, it's really frustrating and pathetic service from a reputed company. Hope to get help soon. Thank you.
