[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unfair deduction of main balance

I recharged...Rs 20 on my reliance nmbr [protected] on[protected] making my total balance around Rs 33.....same day i receive a sms from reliance saying thanx for subscribing to hello tunes Rs 30 have been deducted from your account which i never did....i called customer care....n they assured me...that they will refund the entire amount in 24 hrs under call refrence number [protected]......nows its 16th today...i have been calling reliance continuously since 3 days....but they hang up saying our server is down we cant help u...call again later......
