[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unjustified Bill and Bereft of Assistance from reliance | |||
Actually this complaint of mine is related to the unfair charges that are reflected in my bill and of late the discomfort due to the unneccessary calls made by the tellecallers of this company with bereft of knowledge of the issue have caused me. I was using 599rs rental plan till june which i decided to end and get my sim converted to a prepaid one.for this i called up reliance customer care.The guy on the other side knowing my request tranferred the call to mumbai from where a Executive name "MAMTA" told me that she can get me the required service of "Reliance to Reliance std free" with less rental i.e of 199rs.I found the plan suitable and told her to activate. A few weeks later i tried to know my unbilled usage. i dialled the postpaid no. but the IVR didn't respond well.The Voice on IVR told me tHo press some digit to know the unbilled usage which i did but i could not got the detail because the IVR exited by saying "thanks for knowing your usage,Thanks for calling Reliance". I tried the same for 2-3times but the it ended up with same response. Few weeks after this i received a sms from reliance that "your usage has reached near credit limit please pay for uninterrupted services". I was startled to learn this. Furious over this i called on *222 where they told me that "your call is connected in PREPAID department please try again to connect to postpaid.This transpired 3-4times but i got the same answer on each and every call i made. Then in Turmoil i called on [protected] which is customer complaint no. and i was bewildered that again i got the same response that "your call is connected in PREPAID department please try again to connect to postpaid". Helpless!!!I decided to wait for them to make a move.And then A FEW DAYS LATER MY NO. WAS FLODDED WITH calls from releiance tellecallers and sms sent from their side alerting me of paying the UNJUSTIFIED bill. Got calls from Mumbai,From delhi by tellecaller Manish Jaiswal,Mayank Guopta,Alok,Shiv..but none could help me out...I was riled and i told them not to call me instead escalate the matter to thei boss and even told them to communicate the matter to delhi mumbai both Offices.So that i won't get disturbed by these calls of reminding me to pay that unjustified bill. It's been over a month. And Know as their is ZERO ASSISTANCE from reliance communication i zeroed at making this complaint. Please Help.
