[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unnecessarily charged

Hello,

I have been charged more than rs.100 from my talk time balance unnecessarily by reliance communication. I don't understand why reliance has done this worth less thing once again.

Please help me out with this concern ASAP and refund my money back to my talk time.

Reliance — unnecessary charging

to whom so ever it is conserned,
respected sir,iam an costumer of relianse gsm mobile.i have been charged for the fun pack which i had never activated..this is not the first time.its almost 4th time that thay are charging like this.some times for caler tunes and this time for fun pack,which i hd never activated.the ansewer i get when i caled up the customer care is that its has been activated from my side.this is just like harasing ur customers.and they re not providing any evedense that i have activated from my side.the number of the seniour officials that they had given to me never existed..and the zonal officer number was not reachable.i need an explanation for this one.they are not even ready to lodge a complaint..i need my money back.my mobile number is [protected]...i expecting some reply for this one.

i have been charged of Rs.49.00 unnecessarily by Reliance communication. I talked to them for refund on 30th June but still i have not recd any refund from them. No one is helping me on this matter.

Please look into this matter and kindly revert me back ASAP.

i have been charged of Rs.40.00 unnecessarily by Reliance communication and called on 198 more than 50 times but call is getting disconnected all the times.

Please look into this matter and kindly revert me back ASAP.

can i expect any update...why it is taking time to revert my money.

but i have not recd my money back yet.

you had shown on your web that recharge of amount 148 and get 320 min of Local+STD calls but i have recd only local call facility which i don't required. i was forced to recharge rs 50 to get STD calls yesterday. it was completely your mistake which is not a transparent business in India.

Please refund my money or help me out to have 320 min Local+STD calls at the earliest. i have enough proof of you website that you had carried for 148 recharge.

Why no answer on this...i want refund as it was totally your mistake.

Again i have been charged of rs 35.00 today unnecessarily while my number already on DND...this is really hell work done by reliance. Please help me out on this issue.

I have recharged with Rs 150.00 before 1day but my account balance has reached rs0.39 today. i'm again surprised how this happened? please refund my all deducted fund to my account ASAP.

I have recharged with rs..00 today morning according thru http://www.rcom.co.in website where I need to get call rate 1p/2sec. Local. but my call rate are not 1p/2sec. yet.
Their customer care has not ready to help me out on this concern and saying the plan has been changed we cannot help you on this concern any more and keep sending Unnecessary messages in every second and i have been recd 150 sms now while i have activated DND service.

I don’t want this service …please refund my money (Rs.66.00) ASAP. They are really doing online FAKE business in India which is not acceptable.
