Reliance — Unusual Balance Deduction

I am a user of reliance GSM services with the NO - [protected], and i would like to bring into your attention that, i am facing a very serious problem regarding balance deduction, I don"t know how every time my balance is being deducted even if i am not activating any services of yours and every time when i call the Customer care they just give me a lame excuse that sir you have activated this and that services that is why your balance is being deducted, i just want to know what you can do for this, because if your are not going to take any serious action regarding this then i think, The customer them self have to do something,
And if this is the way how reliance is generating revenue or the respective area managers are managing there targets then i am telling you that reliance communication is in a very big trouble, I would like to hear a very quick response from your side regarding this, that this activity of deducting unusual amount will carry on or will you do some thing for it. if yes then its OK and if no then let me know.
