Reliance Communications — unwanted bill and misbehaving of branch officer

respected sir,
i am khan yasin and my mobile no. [protected] is a postpaid plan and i want to prepaid when i visit the gallery of my near, i saw that my bill was showing 767 but my actual bill was 323 (i had message).When i know to how my billl was come none has to be understand me and when i want to know the mail id none has know and the branch head his name was sneh mehtani has scold me and tried to querrel to me. If my bill was not send me proper and sneh mehtani not apologise am not paid any bill on my side ..........

Sir,

Reliance Customer Care Officer's are very bad, when i calling and asked any matter they cut the line or no response..

Reliance — Unwanted Billing

I Got This connection on 25 November 2010 as a CDMA postpaid No. [protected]
and made a mind To change It To GSM Prepaid On 1st March 2011
I gave the request for Migration from CDMA POSTPAID TO GSM PREPAID On March 1st 2011
My Billing Period id From 14 of month to 13 Of Next Month
With The Instruction To make It change Before The billing period (13 March 2011)
But The Request For Taken Late By The Reliance Web World Executive And It Got Converted To GSM PREPAID only on 19th march
but the bill have Come From march 14 to April 13
Relationship No. :[protected]
Bill Period :[protected] to[protected]
Bill Date : 14-Apr-11
Bill No. :[protected]
Due Date :02-May-11
I think i Should Be charge Rental ONly For Five days from (14march to 19 march)
but have got the whole month rental.
