Sir/Madam I had deactivated rs 16 plan in march by filing complaint against company through this website and and they also refunded my balance but today i received message from company that Amount charged for VAS Whatsapp Rs. 16. And when I talked to Mr. Gaganpreet which is company's customer care executive he didn't solve my problem and he talked to me in very bad language. please solve this problem as soon as possible. my reliance no. is [protected].
