Reliance Communications — vas charges many times | |||
have not subscribed to any VAS packs on my Reliance GSM No. [protected] but my balance is continuously getting deducted by amount of Rs. 30 And Rs. 5 . I am receiving messages which says that "you have been charged for VAS Jumpgames" to which I am not subscribed. I have tried to contact your customer care service but they are not able to help me and asking me to send me a deactivation message with a USSD code which they are not providing me and I do not know what it is. Such kind of behavior is very unethical for a large corporation like Reliance. Kindly please look into this matter immediately and I would request the customer care department to contact me as soon as possible regarding the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
