[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — VAS USSD CHARGES ACTIVATED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

ASSOCIATE OF RELIANCE MOBILE — ACTIVATION CHARGE COLLECTED WITHOUT ANY SERVICE

Dear Sir,
Few days back I got a call from an supposed to be associate of Reliance Mobile for activation charge for pre paid to post paid conversion. I paid 250 Rs dated 26-Sep-09 and got an receipt against the same. After two days, on 28-Sep-09 an executive came for varification and it was done. But when service did not get started even after 10 days I tried calling the number mentioned on the receipt but strangely all numbers are either switched off or not working.
Somehow I manage to call the sales guy who had called me and I was surprised to hear that he was expecting me to come to that shop to collect the amount I had paid. He denied to come to my home to return the money.
When these executive can come to my address to collect the money, cant they come to refund the same. Or is it fare to waste my time and money to collect the refund without any mistake on my part.

Riliance india mobile — Unknow Service activate without permission

I have complaint for riliance india mobile many skims and services active from them side. I dont know about that services and they charge on my mobile account daily
i complaint about that in reliance customer care with Mr.arjun from last four days i have no responce and satisfaction from them side and i have also complaint nomber[protected] that i rgistered.When i complaint that behind they everyday doing new skim active and charge more they have possible.they are not ready for any skim deactivation and refund.my mobile no is [protected].Now i want my charges refund from them side.

hello, I am using the Reliance GSM number From almost last six months my mobile phone balance is being deducted by Rs. 3 every 5-6 days in the name of VAS USSD services. I did not activate any such service. So please stop deducting my balance in the name of the said service and refund the deducted balance ASAP.
