Reliance Communications — Very Very Worst Customer Service

I was using Reliance Broad for more than five years. My broad band wasn't working from march 19th. I called customer care executive for complaining. they told me that the we are changing servers and the issue is for whole coimbatore and it will work form evening 6.30 pm. it didn't work and I called them and they said they will take the complaint and they will resolve it within 24 hours. when i called next day they said your complaint was closed from our side without any notice and not even any one called me from the service to ask me the status. the same thing happened for entire week that I will make a complaint and when I call them to ask the status they will say the complaint is closed. and there was no any server issue for the whole Coimbatore as the network was working fine for my neighbor. I was fed up and I asked them to terminate my connection. then now they are not even processing my termination request properly. Every customer care executive gives me a diffferent response about my termination status. and it's more than 20 days and I didn't even get a single call form the service person but I got a call from them asking why I didn't pay the bill yet. This made me more frustrated. in the four years I haven't made a single delay in paying their bills. Now I got different network connection. but I faced huge loss because of the reliance. since I'm working as a free lance web developer I couldn't deliver project to my client before the due date and I couldn't probably communicate with them. Reliance is the worst service provider and moreover my landline wasn't working for more than three months. I know they won't give proper service. so I didn't make any complaint for as I was not using it frequently. And this wasn't first time. last two times they resolved my connection within 10 days though they said they will solve it with in 24 hours. but I didn't take it serious because reliance resolving issue within 10 days deserved a great appreciation.
