i purchased reliance gsm prepaid sim card rsn no.[protected] mdn [protected] on 04.10.2010 from unnao but till date the sim could not be activated where as the shop keeper advised at that time this sim will be activated within 2-3 hrs maximum. therefore, i am still unable to use this sim. kindly help me so that i may be able to use the services/my mobile.
