Hi,
I want to lodge a complain against relicance prepaid number as I am using Reliance prepaid and my number is [protected] on 25 november 2010 my balance got depleted of rs. 9.50/- for 1 paisa sms pack but my 1 paisa sms pack is not working after that whenever I call to the customer care on 30.11.2010 they are not refunding my money back and they said past 3 days they don't have the details.

Hence I want my amount to be refunded in my prepaid number.

04/04/2015 NIGHT IN MY BALANCE IS CUT WITHOUT ANY REASON MY BALANCE IS CUT RS 150 AND I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE SO WHO SAID ME TECHNICAL PROBLEM IS COME SO SIR WE NOT CHECK YOUR INFORMATION PLEASE CALL LATER I AGAIN CALL SO WHO SAID SAME AND AGAIN CALL SO NOT TAKE CALL MY CALL CUT IN IVR SO KINDLY RESPECT TO YOU PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

I want to lodge a complain against reliance prepaid number as I am using Reliance prepaid and my number is [protected] my balance is rs. 7 dated 07.03.2012 at evening.I E-Recharge at Rs 25 .but i have not received Rs 25 in main Balance.. dated 07.3.2012 at late night. so, please Refund my Amount Rs 25 only .Please look the matter and solved early as possible.
