Reliance Communications — worst reliance customer service | |||
i ported my [protected] to reliance 55 days back.. i submitted my address proof and id proof 3 times in reliance outlets last time i submitted my address proof and id proof in reliance web world kukatpally with CAF number:[protected]. and 12times i gave complaint on this issue but reliance having worst customer acre service so they didn't solve this issue till now.. as per trai rules details will be updated within 7days from date of activation. my sim activated 55days back but till now they didn't update my details so please take action on reliance communications and update my details as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also facing similar issue. I ported 40 days ago. I already submitted my proof 2 times. Active SIM got disconnected after 12 days and reliance SIM got activated. But only network signal was showing in the phone. Outgoing and incoming were barred. When i contacted customer care, they said that id proof is not entered in the system and problem will be solved once the id proof is ok. I kept calling them for 25 days and they then said that id proof may be missed and told me to submit a new one. At first i submitted the proof at a retailers outlet and for the second time i submitted the proof at reliance main office. Its been 2 weeks since i submitted it. My network signal was also terminated last week. When i called customer care, they says- proof not entered. When i called reliance main office, they says that they gave the proof to update and remaining things they dont know. Reliance main office and customer care are acting like they cant do anything in it.
