[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Worst Services of RELIANCE GSM -- Non ETHICAL AND UNEXPECTED | |||
This is regarding Services in my Reliance Mobile no. [protected] I was shocked and surprised to see the SMS from Reliance (No.52811) stating that your outgoing call facility have been barred and please contact customer care for assistance. When contacted Reliance customer care and spoken with RANJAN he without checking the system replyed that you have not paid your bills on time hence it have been deactivated. However i had paid all my bills on time. Once he checked his system and found that payment is on time and nothing is due and appologise for the same ans assured that he is forwarding the request activate it and also assured that it will be activated within 3-houres. I asked when i have paid the bill on time and fault is at your end then why are you taking 3-hours to activate it, when i couldn't get any satisfactory answer from him i asked to transfer the call to his senoir then he holds the line for 18 mins but never arrange to speak to his senoir. After 10 mins i again called Reliance customer care for the same matter, call was again hold for 15 mins but never transfered to senoir official. Now, i am asking following: 1. Why my outgoing calls have been barred when i have paid bills on time 2. I am paying fixed rental of Rs 1299/-, whether reliance is going to refund the amount for deactivation? 3. Who is going to bear the loss encorred due to barred outgoing calls?? 4. That is the cost of mental harrasment?? 5. This is the way you deal with customer in service industry??
