TO RELIANCE I HAVE SMS PACK OF 19RS IT HAS A AUTO RENEWAL OPTION FOR THAT , BUT DUE TO INSUFFICENT BALANCE THAT WAS PENDING SO I DID RC OF 50RS & CALLED TO CUST-CARE ASKING ABOUT THE SMS PACK OF 19RS. SO THEY REPLYED THEY DONT HAVE ANY KIND OF SMS PACK OF 19RS HE DISCONNECTED CALL, SO I CALLED AGAIN SO HE ALSO REPEATED THE SAME AND SAID DONT TIMEPASS SAIMPLY , SO AGAIN I CALLED HE SAID TRULY WE DONT HAVE SMS PACK OF 19RS SO I ASKED WHAT IS THE STARTING SMS PACK HE SAID 26RS . THEN I THOUGHT THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN STOPED THAT SMS PACK OF 19RS SO I DID RC OF 26RS FOR SMS PACK SUCESSFULLY . SO AFTER 2 DAYS I GOT SMS THAT UR 19RS SMS PACK IS AUTO RENEWED FROM UR MAIN BALANCE. SO AGAIN I CALLED AGAIN TO CUST-CARE THE SAID TO DE-ACTIVATE THE 26RS SMS PACK AND CONVERT THAT 26RS INTO MAIN BALANCE THEY SAID SORRY SIR WE CANT DO THAT SO I SAID BECAUSE O[censored]R ADVICE I DID OF RC OF 26RS FOR SMS PACK SO THEY SAID SORRY SIR WE CANT DO THAT SO BECAUSE OF THEIR GUIDENCE I LOST 26RS WORREST RELIANCE CUST-SERVICE.
