Reliance Communications — Wrong balance deduction, Customer care not providing help | |||
Hi, I am old customer of Reliance mobile(CDMA) service. I am getting problem these days because of Reliance bad service. My balance get deducted wrongly. It happens multiple times. Last time my balance deducted from 01-Sep-2013 to 08-Sep-2013. The total deducted amout was around Rs. 400 in 8 days. When ever I top up my balance it got deducted. I have also data balance in my mobile of 416 MB till 17-Sep-2013. But whenever I started using data, my balance get deducted. When ever I have/had problem of wrong balance deduction I use to call customer service. Customer care executive mostely says, "Due to technical problem your details are not desplayed" I called multiple times to customer care. After few days, when I called up to Customer care, they(customer care executive) are saying that they can only see maximum 3 days details.And they are not providing help even they are not writing complaint also. This is a fraud to customer from reliance. I have only option that change my service provider. And I want to complaint in some regulatory body/orgination also. My Details are as below.
