Reliance Communications — Wrong billing & Deficiency in Service &Suspension of Service | |||
I have net connection from Reliance Web World- Broad band Service and paid subscription amt of Rs 2300/- for 4 months for unlimited plan on[protected].My MDN No. is [protected]. Recently I found that my service is suspended wef[protected] till date.On contacting call center i was informed some charges are to be remitted by me ie 180/-. When i went to the outlet at Kochi, Sahodaran Ayyappan rd. I wanted to know how my connection can be restored.The manager was rude in behavior and told restoration will take time and the suspended period will not be restored back on making payment . This was extremely rude and shocking behaviour from the Manager. On contacting ,Call centre is unable to help provide details for further rederessal of my grievance.
