I was approached by your representative and I was given a Sim card No.[protected] and cell number [protected].
I was informed that the plan will be Rs.199/- + Service tax monthly rental and 600 minutes free + 100 sms free.
My sim is not activated till today i.e. 07.05.2012 and I have not used the sim yet. However, today i.e on 07.05.2012, I have been informed that the plan is already acticated and plan is that 100 rupees talktime will be given only monthly.
Hence, wrong commitments are being given to me at the time of selling sim by your marketing people.
Hence, I have requested on your customer care on today 07.05.2012 at appx 11 am. to cancel my sim. It is told that I have to pay Rs.67/-. I have not used the sim as the same is not activated. Hence, no payment is due to me.
Please cancel the above Sim card No.[protected] and cell number [protected]. I request that no further bill shall be raised.
If no action is taken an any further bill is raised, I shall approach the consumer court.
