[Resolved]  Reliance Data Card — bills/invoices being raised on terminated connection and issue of court summons on these bills

Your help here is very much appreciated.
I have been left clueless and not sure how to go about this. I would like to highlight a few things for your understanding and resolution of this.

1. I was using Reliance Data card connection [protected] since March 2009
2. I had no problems with the connection or bill payments
3. Usage fell in the month of Oct as I was to be getting married the next month and On Nov 8th Got married, No usgae in Nov also due to marriage.
4. On 28th Of Nov 2009, Bill payment made through visa at the webworld and suggested disconnection of service, as I was relocating to my husband's place in Hyderabad
5. I was told by Webworld, Blr that payment would be accepted and for termination an e-mail need to be sent
6. Mail sent to that extent
7.Had to relocate to Hyderabad, Bills still being generated on my number despite termination for the month of dec, Jan, feb march, April, Have not checked the e-mail assuming it to be promotional e-mails,(cos I am also a member and have a reliance fresh membership card)
8. Court summons being issued at my parents place in Bnagalore(Was shocked and hurt to hear something like that, inspite of prompt payments)
9. Connected with web world personally and customer care on phone. I was confirmed by the customer care officials that the connection was indeed terminated but due to some technical error or due to some gap, the termination Info has not flown to the billing department and hence the bills generated.
10. Have been connecting still with webworlds and customer care for issue of No dues and recalling of the summons but it seems like tough luck

I would have wanted to retain the connection, but since my husband had already had a broad band connection, I had to let go of this service. However, I was not hoping that I would be letting go of it without so much of hurt and hassles, I wished that I could have got this closed and settled at front end level and wished I could recommend your services to others, But It has left me so agonised that I am wondering If I should continue to have any sort of relationship that I already have, Be it the insurance, be it retail..It has just left me shaken.

I had no choice except to seek your intervention here, Am sure you would be able to see how much trouble I have been put to and help me the No dues and the recall of the summons by your legal counsel.
