I am using the Reliance data card connection from last 2 years but the experience which I got in last 2 months is really worst
My Reliance number is 935******* But due to some issue with my laptop I went to the Reliance Outlet which is located at Faridabad Neelam bata road There was no representative who was ready to help the customer
At last a rep came I asked her to hold my account as deactivated for few month she says Reliance will charge Rs 100 for this and the net connection will be de activated for few time period.When I asked for the proof, she says she has send the request from her side and she herself is a proof that its deactivated temporarilyI paid the bill for the previous month to her which I never used-internet still that was my courtesy I paid it.But next time what happened I received the bill again from reliance to pay the internet bill of Rs780. I called Reliance customer care.that was really unacceptable.A team lead says she will escalate this issue to the next level and will provide a call back within 24 hours and reimburse also.I didnt receive any response for next 3 days.I called customer care again, the rep told me its not their issue so cant help me and the next Rep disconnected the call without attending the call . Another rep transferred the call without listening my issue.This is what is happening in Reliance customer care.I have never experienced such type of customer service from any other service.
Its been more then 2 and a hour month I am receiving bills of the net services which I have never used and is already temporarily disconnected.
I would like if my bill amount can be reimbursed which I have already paid to reliance and want to solve this problem as soon as possible as Now I am no longer interested to be the customer of Reliance after experiencing such an unexpected services.
