My Data Card No. is [protected]. my net connection lasts only for 5 to 10 minuits and gets disconnected, I have to connect is again to proceed further. this happens frequently. his is very big problem when i download a file or book tickets online. even while registerin this complaint also my net disconnected several times. This is referance to my new Data card not getting proper connection
My self Abhijit Bansode from Dombivali- (Mumbai), i was purchease new HSD from your agent Mr Praveen sawant( Mobile No- [protected]) which i number get from Just dial for new connection for 3 month period and your recipet Caf # [protected].
from that day to till today i am unable to connect this DATA card on HSD and this hybrid mode not giving me proper speed which confirm me mr. Pravin its upto 3mbps.
So many time i am try to connect to Mr. Pravin but i am afraid for his response against the ame as well as your customer care department also.
Request you please do needful and treat the matter on top most priorty
