Reliance Data Card — Bills being generated despite deactivation of service | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I had requested for termination of my Reliance data card connection (Data card number [protected]; Account Number [protected]) in the month of March, for which I was given a request number[protected]. I took this request number and went to the closest web world in Ameerpet and filled up a form on 8th May 2009 and paid all pending dues which amounted to Rs.937.00 I was told that my data card was terminated. Again after all this, i receive a bill for Rs. 497. I called customer care and gave a complaint about the same issue and get a request number 9980637. Despite all this, my complaint wasnt followed up. And i received another bill for Rs.1263 for payment before 10th July. I instantly went to web world, got the photocopy of the deactivation form that i had filled in. I called customer care about the same. But again i have received another bill for Rs.1504/- which has been preceded by unpteen calls and visits from Billing agents, to whom i have even shown the photo-copy of the deactivation form. I really dont understand what the priority care of Reliance is doing. It would really help if somebody can bring them to task. I have noticed that there are several such complaints on your website about the callous mistakes made by Reliance billing.
