I am an owner of a Data Card for wireless Internet which I purchased about 5 to 6 months ago. It worked for a couple of months with no issues. Then I started having trouble with the card where I could login but cannot open any web sites. I brought this to the attention of customer support. Customer Support never calls back. Every time I call, they try to solve the issue over the phone without any headway. I have also been asked to run around to suport centers and web world for checking the data card and they were of no help either. They even promise to send a technicial home to look but no one turns up.
Frustated, I decided to terminate the service this December (after 3 months of trying) and I was promised that the service would be terminated in the next 10 days.
This has not happened. I spoke to escalation who could not help in termination. I even called the Nodal Center who says some one will call back but no body calls. The cycle goes on.
Just to note, I haven't received a single call in the last 3 months on this issue.
I have thus far spent over 6000 Rs (3600 for Card + 500 monthly rent) without using the service. I feel I'm running some kind of donation service here.
I have tried writing to an e-mail address I found "[protected]@dhirubhai.com" but that e-mail returned saying their mailbox is full!!.
I've decided to stop paying the montly rental so atleast that way they would deactivate the connection. Was this information helpful? |
