[Resolved]  Reliance Data Card — Net not working on my notebook

We are Purchase one no. Data card USB For my note book on[protected] , phone calls are start in same time but net service not Start still now .
we are Contact so many Reliance Technical persons But problam is stand still till now.
in the mean time we call so many time so he is diconnect my connection due to negative address proff.
than we fight for same so verify same address .
Today again start phone but not netservice.
Please do help for us
