[Resolved] Reliance Data Card — ECS Billing not working | |
I had signed for ECS around 2 months ago for my REliance data card and had not therefore paid the bill for this month. However, I got a call from the customer care asking if I had paid the bill. On informing that I had signed for the ECS, they said they will check and then get back. However, a few days later I found that my service was disconnected. On calling the customer care, they said that it is disconnected on account of non-payment of bill. I have following questions: 1) How can they disconenct without asking the person to pay, when they know that the person has signed for ECS 2) What's the use of the ECS application. It has simply caused mental agony to me 3) I was told that they have sent a SMS to me before disconnecting. However their intelligent guys do not know that SMS can be read only after connecting my data card to their server. How can they have such a foolish system. 4) In spite of their fault they are disconnecting my service and then again charge me for the period of disconnected phone 5) Anyways, they levy a fine of Rs.50 for late payment, then why do they disconnect the service. 6) After asking these questions the customer care guy offered me to connect to his supervisor. I hold the phone for 15 minutes, but the supervisor did not appear 7) I had to call multiple times to reach their post-paid customer care as every time my call got connected to the pre-paid executive and he could not transfer it to the post paid guy. Ultimately one gentlemen helped me connect to the post paid dept. Ironically, the central number is same and the IVR option is supposed to transfer you to pre or post pais, but inspite of selecting the post paid option, I get connected to the prepaid number. I wanted to pay my office bill through ECS, I have the form with me but there are 10 relinace datacard with me so should I have to fill 10 different form or No. The Account no of all is the same, bit confused kindly let me know if I should
