Reliance Data Card — Change of data plan not taken place

Dear Sir,

This is my second mail in this month related to same issues but his time Reliance Data Card customer care people have done a pathetic service in providing Change of data plan service.

I have requested Reliance customer care service people which is located in Armenian street, Chennai for changing my Reliance data plan from 950rs unlimited plan speed of 3.1 mbps till 10gb to 400rs unlimited plan with speed of 3.1 mbps toll 2 gb as it is sufficient for me to plan my budget.

I have placed the request before 20.03.2013 still the plan hasn't changed. I received a call from customer care for confirmation who assured me that the change will take place in two days that is on 21.03.2013. Really shame situation I still did not receive any information regarding the change of plan and I request you to take some corrective action against Reliance data card customer care service providers.
