My request for migration of prepaid from postpaid connection is not being attended even after my money settlement is done one month back. When I purchase the DATA CARD I have been told like, I can convert the connection any time if I want to migrate it, Now Its 3 months passed after I purchase it, I went to the same relince office to do the migration, then I am asked to go to reliance world it is about 10km away from there I did go to the reliance world and there I am asked to go to the head office that is about 25km away from there. Finally I came back to the same office with these feedback to the place where I baught the device, Now thay aasked me to wait for 10 days to migrate it I waited till then for the migration , Now when I aske about the status I am getting the reply that it is forwarded to my native addess for migration I need to wait for their response seems. What shall I do now? Is there a way to change the network similar to the mobile network service provider change. Was this information helpful? | |||
