Service Request number[protected], Account Number[protected].
I have registered a complaint on dated 27th of July 2013 to change my setup box. Despite of several follow up the request still not resolved. It’s really a shame to be a such a big company where they can not resolved the problem within the time line even after the one month of given timeline.
Also the charge for this continuously debited from my account despite I am not using the services. Could you please help us to get resolved the issue ASAP.
