my smart card no is[protected].i recharged my account with rs 1000 on 10-11-12 around 8 pm using internet via debit card. Recharge was not successful as i did not got any conformation message from RDTV on my email as well as on my phone,but the money has been deducted from my debit card and i have also got the payment receipt after transaction.When i call customer care they always say that their systems are down so the cannot provide any help.Please tell me where should i go now.
