I fully agree with this customer. Reliance Digital staff is least bothered on customer service. I bought one Philips 46 inch TV from Bangalore JP Nagar on Jan 28th, 2011. The TV was delivered to me on Jan 29th and a person came for installation on 30th Jan. Shocking the LCD TV did not have a wall mounting bracket and they said sorry we are out of stock and company did not send it to us. I spoke to the Philips service centre and they said it has been given to Relaince already. The blame Game started. After following up 10 times a day and speak to whos who in the store, finally it got installed after 9 days of purchase. The attitude of the staff is so casual that you feel sick going to Reliance Digital stores.
Since Morning I have been callling to check the price of AC in the JP Nagar store, Bangalore and the revert I am getting is we will get back to you soon. It seems they would take years to call back as they have excuse staff busy, staff on lunch, etc etc. I thought my earlier episode would have been one odd incident but after todays attitude it seems RELIANCE DIGITAL STAFF IS NOT BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought a Voltas Air Conditioner from Reliance Digital,VIP Road Showroom on 22/12/2011but at the time of purchase the sales guy assured me that they will install the ac at my room at free of cost.On 23/12/2011 one person came for inspection and told me its a matter of wielding and glass cutting so advised me to do it from my end and left my home.Till then nobody has communicated to me but i spoke to them a few days after but they are avoiding the installation and saying to me to do it from my end as it would cost me cheaper.I can't understand the matter so it is very embarrassing from my end to fix up the installation leaving my job aside.24%

Reliance Digital — Irresponsibly
HiFuther to my compliant raised on 15' March on LG refrigirator(GRB652YSP) purchased from Reliance Digital.Ambiance Mall.Gurgaon.
No proper solution has been taken.When contacted the Floor manager Mr.Naman he infact gave us false promises of replacing the refrigirator after contacting the head office but instead Reliance is shrugging of their responsiblity to LG service center.
The purchase date on the bill shows 20/12/10,the delivery of the fridge was made after one month as
they had delivered a damaged fridge which had a big dent at the back.After so many chasing calls they
said they have handed the issue to LG and they would deliver a proper fridge .
Unfortunately they have brought 3 refrigerators where 2 of them were aslo dented and the third one as
not packed properly.We had no choice but to take the third one as we already had been waiting for the
fridge for a month to get our product after the loan approval and the payment was made.
The third one seems to have internal damages as it makes a Loud Popping (metal breaking) sounds
occassionally which is very alarming to me and my family.
Two technicians have visited our place and observed the fridge for 10 to 15 min and gave us their own
opinions as one says the PC needs to be changed and the other says the wheels were not fixed as no
technician visited after delivery of the fridge was made and the other reason for the sound might be
due to voltage and we might need a stabilizer.The technicians could not give the precise answer and
solution for the loud popping sounds.
We checked with our housomg society electrician about the voltage and he confirms that there no
problems regarding the voltage fluctuatoins. The fridge is a latest model is minimised to make soother
sounds.
It is very obvious that LG and Reliance are just fooling us by consuming time and are not ready to
replace the fridge as they have delivered a faulty piece.
I hope the Reliance stops playing blame games on LG and LG on Reliance and I hope the store Manager
wakes up from his sleep and calls me for an urgent solution before we proceed for a Legal action
according to Mumbai Jurisdiction for the waste of our time, money and harrasement caused.
