Hello Sir/Ma'm,
My name is Srinivas Vaidya my smart card number[protected]. I recharged my a/c with 100 Rs. on 17th Aug 2013 and requested to activate Sports-I add-on pack the customer care guy gave me the details and told that it will cost 56 Rs. I confirmed the request and He activated it. After activation my tv screen also splashed this message. Everything was going fine until yesterday when i try to tune in to one of the sports channel which i subscribed, to my horror all the sports channels have been suspended within 15 days of the activation.
When i raised the issue to the customer care they are saying that there had been 2 add-on packs which have been activated on my request and there is no sufficient balance to continue the service and further told that my balance is in negative. When i told them that i only requested single add-on pack they told me to hold the line and after sometime they told me that i did not cancel my previous pack as a result that pack has been auto-activated and told that nothing can be done to resume my services and told me to recharge again.
One thing i found very annoying with customer care executives is that they always say customer is wrong and are not ready to take my complaint which is very insulting. I was shocked to see this kind of service from such a reputed company. I want immediate action on this issue otherwise i will further escalate this issue. Was this information helpful? |
