[Resolved]  Reliance Digital Tv — Not replacing normal Set top box to HD

Address:Kozhikode, Kerala

My smart card number is[protected]. I put Rs.2400 in my account and I have given service request to upgrade my connection to HD on 31/08/12. From customer care they promise me they will give me a new HD set top box with in 24 hours, and i got sms saying our technician will contact you soon. After 2 days i call again they asked me another 24 hours to fix it.4 days now after my request no call from anyone.
Pls do the needful ASAP.
