I have made a complaint to Reliance Digital TV Toll free number [protected] Smart Card number[protected] Complaint reference number[protected] Nature of Complaint : Set Top Box not working.Complaint made on 4th August 2013.Even after a lapse of 2 weeks they are not able to solve this problem.Reliance toll free team's only answer is : YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN "ESCALATED". IT WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 48 HOURS.
I have contacted Reliance Toll free number almost daily from August 4th,2013 to resolve this problem but in vain.
