With respect to aforementioned smart card number, our Reliance Digital Tv service is disconnected since more than a week now.
Cause:
We were facing issue in our set top box. So we have called the local service provider through whom we have purchased the connection. As per his suggestion, we have recharged Rs. 500 and he has replaced the faulty Set Top Box.
We found the replaced set top box too has issues, as it was not transmitting the audio. We called the same service provider and he has replaced it again with another set top box.
Now, the reliance have deducted the amount and since the amount gone to -500Rs., the service is disconnected now.
We have made lot of calls since a week and recent complaint no. is[protected]. Every person to whom we spoke have apologized and told that the amount will be refunded within 24 Hrs. So every day we called and spoke to new person, explained the scenario again and again and the same thing is being repeated.
I want to know, for your improper management, for your faults, why the customer like us should suffer?
I want reliance tv to refund the amount immediately and pat penalty for 1 week of harassment.
Hoping for a good service at least now.
