My Reliance digital tv card no. is[protected]. My set top box stop working on 3 July and I lodge a complaint no.[protected] dt. 5 July but till date my problem is stand. when I registered the complaint customer care executive told me that our technician would contact you within 48 hour but these 48 hours have not been over yet. Whenever I called at customer care deptt I had given only assurance that our technician will contact soon but all in vain. I called their senior deptt first on dt. 13 July reference no. [protected] and then on15n July reference no. [protected] but they are helpless I heard only one line from them that sir We are escalating your problem nothing else.
When I called them on 19 July then I came to know that my complaint has been closed automatically. When I askek them why you have my closed complaint they do not have any satisfactory answer. I was forced to re-lodge my complaint and I did. I registered the complaint no.[protected] on 19 July and again I have been given assurance that technician will be at my home with in 48 hours but 48 hours have not finished yet. When this digitisation was launched we all have been assured that the world class service will be rendered to the customers if this is the world class service then I disappointed. I have a worst experience from this service provider. Earlier cable network system was much better then these service providers. Cable network people resolve the customer problem within 30 minuts after making a call to them.
I am fed up with this but helpless and really don't know when my problem will be resolved. Was this information helpful? |
