The DVR SetTop Box failed and they needed to replace it. Raised the complaint on 07/07/2012, the Request No.[protected]. They called and told they didn't have DVR setup box in production to replace it. so after 2 weeks we decided to degrade to HD setTop box on 23/07/2012. For compensation they gave 3 months free services but didn't fix the new HD SetTop Box. Till date i had been calling up to check on the status of the SetTop box and they keep on telling 2 more days.
