My Reliance digital smart card no. is[protected]. My set top box stop working on 5 august 2013 and I lodge a complaint no.[protected] dt. 9 august 2013. when I registered the complaint customer care executive told me that our operating system is not working..After repeated calls to the customer care, till now technician did not come. & now 7 days had been passed away.. but they have'nt done anything.. even though i call them they themselves end the call without listening properly.. & i m not satisfied with your service.. your service is not so good..
