[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — type 2 error

i am reliance digital tv consumer migrated from ghaziabad to doraha ludhiana. As soon as i installed the system at the mentioned place i got message displaying type 2 error. On contacting customer care i was told to pay rs. 350 for address change and rs. 175 for service charges. my connection no is[protected]. please do the needful at the earliest. I am using the said services since nov 2010
