[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — Policy with wrong calculation of premium amount

I had sought my car insurance from different general insurance companies and finally zeroed in on Reliance General Insurance. The premium negotiation was done with great efforts and finally cheque was paid.

However, when I received the policy, there were issues related to computation of my premium. Firstly, I had informed the company that premium, which was agreed should not include any voluntary discount. However, two type of discounts were given within the same premium amount.

Secondly, passengers insurance was asked for, but that was not calculated.

I had registed a complain on Reliance general insurance on their call centre as well as on email. But they have just been buying time.
