Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that my car dl8cau 1781 (Toyota fortuner) model 2018, was insured with your company on 18th may 2018 (1st-time rti) and 11 may 2019 (2nd time) for rti sum insured rs. 36, 59, 543/- by galaxy toyota. The said car was stolen at night on 19th november 2019 car was parked in front of my house, and it was properly locked. I have already taken the issue to the police station by filing an fir, fir no 040683/2019 on the 20th morning. The same day surveyor (Amit kumar) visited and done all the formalities. I have signed the bunch of papers and given back to surveyor, he has also given me regular typed forms which i have to type on stamp papers, some typed format i have to give on my letterhead, some letters for speed-post to ncrb, letter to vijaya bank from where the car was financed, letter to insurance co., letter to rto for intimating theft. Both the car keys, rc. Blank signed form 29, 30. on 23/11/2019 surveyor again visited and collect all the pending docs. As per procedure of court within 60 days i received the pdf of no trace report which was also informed on whatsapp and speed post to surveyor's office. it has been almost eight-month since the theft took place but the car has not been secured yet. So i kindly you to process and expedite the prepayment of the insurance claim for the same. The necessary description of documents is being enclosed with this letter.

On 26thoct2019, i had a terrible accident with my family in a place called soro, in orissa, while travelling to kolkata by car rom bangalore.       Sir/maam,
      I reshma biswakarma resident of sikkim, work in nhidcl as a sit e engineer grade - ii, would like to inform you that i have renewed a insurance of my vehicle ecosport ford titanium on 19.02.2020 of rs.30, 911/-.
      2. On 27 05.2020 i met an accident at tadong metro gangtok sikkim and due to heavy rainfall.
      3. On 28.05.2020 i have given my vehicle to sharsford ranka road for repair.
      4. Inorder to get the insurance for my vehicle i have contacted reliance insurance agencies mr. Subrata roy, he has collected all the information but he did not behaved nicely to customer, eeven he did not coordinate with the person from workshop.
      5. Estimate was sent to him from workshop and by me also but he has canceled most of the parts which was already damaged. Due to covid-19 he could not able to come but he has supposed to do survey with the help of third party but he did not.
      6. Considering his carelessness and misbehavior towards customer, in coming future relinace insurance will loos marketing.
      7. Now the vehicle has been repaired and the estimate of rs 65, 000 was made, copy of bill was already sent to mr. Subrata roy.

      8. Considering the above mentioned facts you are requested to do a needful.

      9. And also. After seeing the behavior of agency, i will not do further insurance from reliance.

        I was having a motor insurance policy #[protected] with reliance general insurance

        Claim # [protected] for my policy but to date, the company has not paid me a single rupee for that claim and closed the claim. Without any inspection without any payment and the insurance claim has been closed. The claim was closed by reliance company without intimating me nor they have paid me a single rupee for the claim. The company did not send me the claim status and nor the rejection letter/ email reason for rejection of the claim. Hence to date, the claim is "unpaid" i want the company to pay me the claim amount or issue an ncb letter.

        Moreover, if the claim is not settled nor paid then how can that be counted as claimed? It was just a query and reliance company executive registered it as a claim and also closed it by ignoring it, and now i get the reply that reminders were sent to me but in fact, neither i received letters from rgicl nor your verifier/surveyor showed up and so i did not proceed further for claim documents requirements hence this cannot be counted into claims.

        Either the company should pay me for the claim or issue an ncb letter

        *do not buy reliance general insurance* its a fraud company

          reliance super invest assure plan

          The policy was opened on 17th march2010 and only one premium was paid. Now the status shows its been lapsed and can't get the accumulated fund rs.78952 amount back unless new policy open where to link attach to activate. The premium amount is not small its 30k. If second premium is not paid you should cancelled the policy and refund the first premium. You can charge penalty on the amount but its not like we can't get the paid amount back....

          I have insured my car with reliance general insurance and it have been 4 years that i remained with same and did not change my insurance company. Recently my car had an accident on 17/2/2020 later to which i registered a claim with reliance general insurance under claim no. [protected] on 19/2/2020. After which i received a call from an unknown number [protected] introducing himself as bishnu prajapati the surveyor of reliance general insurance. He informed me that my detailed description of loss/damage mentioned in claim is not complete and inadequate. To which i requested him to accept my apology and promised to submit a re-declaration of same to him within next 48 hours. But when i reached him to submit a re-declaration as promised that's when they started harassing me. They started transferring my case to one another preventing me from submitting a re-declaration (Pictures attached). While they kept me busy here on the other side they rejected my claim due to improper declaration. I request reliance general insurance company to not practice such unethical and unfair practices with their customers. And indemnify my loss for which i bought their insurance and paid premium to them.

          On 2nd March' 2020, I received a Call from Reliance General Insurance customer care. With high grievance, I am forced to write that Reliance General Insurance Customer Care is highly Unprofessional and Unethical with its Customers upon whom I had put my trust and done my insurance with among number of other available
          insurance companies.

          The Customer Care representative that called me regarding my complaint and who supposed to provide assistance and resolution to me was instead rude and focused on justifying their act of rejection of my claim due to improper declaration. I now realize that there can be quite a few like me suffering due to such Unprofessional and Unethical behavior of Reliance General Insurance Company.

          First, The surveyors of Reliance General Insurance who are non cooperative with Customers.
          Even after giving due feedback to his intimation regarding improper declaration does not gave me chance to submit re-declaration. No verbal statement taken from the customer by surveyor and When I tried to reached them to submit my re-declaration in writing no response to call. And above all they started to transfer my case to one another. Such harassing people whom we have to deal with.

          Then, Reliance General Insurance Company.
          No intimation regarding the claim process being provided to customers as other Insurance Companies who provide details on mail, phone number and other registered modes. Their Only point of contact is surveyor who is non-cooperative.

          Due to ignorance of surveyors, Its the customer who suffers and cheated. And company seems to promote such behavior. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

          Looking for a genuine reply, I hope company would take necessary steps against such unethical practices and ideally reimburse my loss.

            I purchased on line vehicle insurance from reliance while i selected previous year non claim discount of 50 percent as i didn't claim anything in previous year. After i made payment and received the policy.. Now reliance executive asking me to pay additional rs 703. These is completely cheating the customer. I said i do not want pay any additional amount as i paid more than what other insurance company offered me. Now they suggested me to buy new insurance from other providers and then cancel the reliance insurance. I did the same. I purchased new insurance from other providers and requested for cancellations. Now reliance people' are not cancelling the insurance that i purchased from them and refund my amount that i paid to them. These is completely unethical and cheating the customers. I would request to take necessary action to cancel my car vehicle policy with reliance and refund my amount

                This company doesn't have a proper customer service, they give false promises. It happened to me twice. Last time when i raised a claim they took one month to resolve it. And yesterday when i raised one more claim they said it will be don't within 24 working hours but still they survey not yet completed and it costing me money. When i contacted the support they came up saying internally it will take time for us to do things as we have huge customer. If you cannot handle customers then why you fooling us with faalse promises.

                    Sir,
                    I have a car insurance with bajaj allianz (1 year od and 3 years tp policy. After one year, i have switched to reliance insurance, they give me comprehensive od and tp policy and told me to contact bajaj allianz for refund of 2 years remaining policy. The reply comes from bajaj is that the refund shall be paid by reliance, their policy will be in force. I complain to reliance, after 10-15 days, they told me to pay the premium of tp policy only on 11 th oct and also told me they will cancel the previous policy. After that none can answer my phone or email. I am yet to get the refund. At present i am holding 2 reliance policy for the same car. Pls take action against reliance general insurance. Previous policy no generated on 10 th sept 2019 is :[protected]Premium rs. 8695/-) and the second policy generated on 12 th october is :[protected]Premium amount rs. 4452).. They need to refund rs. 8695/- reliance service request id is :[protected]

                      I have insurance policy of my car (Maruti suzuki baleno) with reliance general insurance. My previous policy was expired on 26-july-2019 this was also from reliance general insurance. But on 23-jul-2019 your executive call me and said that today is special scheme on your policy that if you done it today then the premium is only 4627/-. Then i ask him that i need full insurance bumper to bumper then he replied that it will be complete bumper to bumper. But now unfortunately on 6-oct-2019 my car was accident and now i bring to my car in your workshop and here survey boy told me about some voluntary deductible rs 15000/- but at the time of insurance your executive was not intimated me about this. so i request you to please re send my complete policy without voluntary deductible charges. Otherwise i will take a suitable action against your company.

                          I faced a motor accident and hence filed for the claim. Instead, the representatives of this company mr. Ankur tyagi (Emp id:[protected] started to fight with me and started questioning my character and credibility. He instead of surveying started assasinating my character by saying that i had deliberately bumped this car into something to file the claim. He then started using abusive language. It is saddening to see such a behaviour from the representative of such a huge company.

                            Address: Royal hundai A b road guna mp, Guna, Madhya Pradesh, 473001

                            I puchase car along with insurance of hundai xcent on 13/01/19 of cash less policy. And submit claim on 10/09/19 at royal hundai guna. Your surveyer mr. Neeraj ji has been appointed to do survey but he delayed so much and then today new surveyer appointed.
                            I am very upset with your poor service.
                            Please do necesery action for up your service quality. As mr. Neeraj ji did his survey on telephone, which is not very poor survey as technician also try to convey situation of car damage but he take his stand as make ego point.
                            Please resolve my problem as i was too late to get ready my car because of your delayed survey.
