I have insured my car with reliance general insurance and it have been 4 years that i remained with same and did not change my insurance company. Recently my car had an accident on 17/2/2020 later to which i registered a claim with reliance general insurance under claim no. [protected] on 19/2/2020. This company doesn't have a proper customer service, they give false promises. It happened to me twice. Last time when i raised a claim they took one month to resolve it. And yesterday when i raised one more claim they said it will be don't within 24 working hours but still they survey not yet completed and it costing me money. I puchase car along with insurance of hundai xcent on 13/01/19 of cash less policy. And submit claim on 10/09/19 at royal hundai guna. Your surveyer mr. Neeraj ji has been appointed to do survey but he delayed so much and then today new surveyer appointed.

What is this. I will go to consumer court if i don't stop getting these messages...

My voltas ac is in insurance from reliance resq . I made a complaint on june 9 vide request no [protected]. Earlier i made a complaint on 6 june executive came and he said that touch panel is not working properly (PCB) but somehow he started the ac by using putting the xray sheet but very next day again Ac stops working then i made again then i again made a complaint on 9 June. The technician has not came till today despite daily complaints...

My above 4 wheeler Car Policy was renewed on 18/12/2019 by paying the Renewal premium via. CC Avenue on line but still on date on verification it was found that my new policy had not been dispatched so far & also by logging my account in Reliance General Insurance website I am not able to see the renewed policy details.

Please resolve the issue immediately.
