I have old Mediclaim Policy No[protected]. it expired on 15 th October and I have deposited the premium in Cash on 16 Th October.Till Date I have not received any kind of document/new policy details. I called customer care and they took the complain against complain no 713898 and with closing date of 21 st November. They also confirmed me about the receipt of cash and to send the policy details as soon as possible via email as well as courier. But till date no cimmunication has been made.
