I HAVE PURCHASED A POLICY OF HEALTH WISE FAMILY MEDICLAIM ON 03.05.08
IN THE PREVAILING INSURANCE COVERAGE YEAR OF 2008-09, I HAD CLAIMED FOR A MINOR ACCIDENTAL CLAIM FOR MY DAUGHTER AMOUNTING TO APPROX RS.10K.
AT TIME OF RENEWAL ON 03.05.09 I WAS CHARGED WITH LOADING OF PREMIUM WHICH I ACCEPTED AND PAID. AND THE SAID INSURANCE COVERAGE PERIOD BETWEEN 2009-10, I HAD NOT CLAIMED ANY AMOUNT.
NOW AT THIRD RENEWAL ON 03.05.10 I HAVE RECEIVED A RENEWAL NOTICE FOR RS. 9354.00 AGAIN WITH LOADING OF 40%, WHEREAS THEIR WAS'NT ANY CLAIM DONE.
I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING IT TO YOUR ANDHERI OFFICE TO MR. SHAMBU AND ALSO AT YOUR TOLL FREE NO. WITH COMPLAINT NO AS ABOVE. WITH REPEATED FOLLOW UP AS BELOW...
