Attached is the Policy Cert # [protected] and Previous Policy # [protected]. PLEASE take note of the Period of Insurance from 00:00 hrs on 13/02/2009 to Midnight on 12/02/2009 Secondly, on a NO CLAIM issue the NET Premium should decreased but here they have increased the same from Rs.5968/= to Rs.6735/= Thirdly, they are supposed to send us MediClaim Cards for the Family; they have FAILED to do so since 13/02/2008. THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE provides SERVICE TO ITS CUSTOMERS, ONCE THEY HAVE GOT YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT BOTHER OF AFTER SALES SERVICE. Was this information helpful? | |
