[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Deactivate my one sms pack on number [protected]

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Actually 3 days before i checked my balance and come to know that you have deducted twice the charges for my sms pack. when i called up your call center someone told me there are two pack activated on this so i asked them to fire complaint to deactivate one pack.They all gave single excuse we are under tech. up-gradation all the time even day or night.Even now they have blocked my calling facility to call center.:)
Please let me know by making call can you do something for me otherwise i have to change operator because i can not pay for 2 SMS pack every month while i am using one. i will wait for your call.

My name is Yash Kalra ([protected]) the same problem arises when i am also doing. I unable to deactivate sms pack.When i send sms 'DACT SMSPACK' then only one sms comes 'Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. This process is done many times but the same error came.
PLeas deactivate it.
